Inventory management is a complex requirement for a business of True Vintage’s nature. Large volumes of unique products meant that the software available on the market was not fit for purpose.
True Vintage wanted to track inventory accurately, to ensure they know their gross profit margin on each of the products they sell.
The solution
Abacai worked closely with a third-party operations consultant to establish True Vintage’s requirements. The bespoke system gave True Vintage the data they required to accurately and efficiently track margins and cost data.
True Vintage is now able to make more data driven business decisions ensuring their successful expansion.
