The problem

Bills were often being paid late, impacting supplier relationships and impacting cashflow. The increased workload was a drain on the founder's time.

Now, all bills are set up and scheduled to be paid on their due date and can be executed, once reviewed, by the click of a button.

TYSR required a finance function that acted as an extension of their core team.
They wanted a chartered accountant that had an in depth understanding of their business and the e-commerce landscape, who would also be there to support them when needed.
The solution
As with all clients, TYSR has a private Whatsapp group with Abacai. Various members of the TYSR team have ongoing access to their dedicated chartered accountant.
This ensures they get the support they require to rapidly scale their business.
Making omni-channel selling easy
The problem
TYSR sell through Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay, alongside accepting multiple payment channels including Klarna, PayPal, Stripe etc.
Ensuring data is accurately reflected in Xero was becoming unmanageable and a time drain on the management team.
The solution
On a monthly basis, Abacai ensures all sales and payment data from each channel is correctly reflected in Xero.
This has saved TYSR's management team days each month, as well as providing them with accurate data that is representative of their true performance.
